Grace has a passion for helping people buy and sell real estate. Her ability to listen and understand her clients’ needs has allowed her to continuously exceed her clients’ expectations.

Grace's clients consist of investors, first time home buyers, vacation home buyers, and developers from around the country. Grace is known for offering her clients top notch service throughout the entire home buying/selling process. Over the past year, Grace has sold over 18 million dollars’ worth of properties in her area.

Her personable and professional character allows Grace to build and maintain solid relationships, explaining why her business has grown mostly from referrals and repeat clients.

Grace was born and raised in Branch County and currently resides on one of the many beautiful lakes in Coldwater, Michigan. She received a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing from Trine University. When Grace is not helping her clients, she enjoys spending time with her family consisting of her husband and two golden doodles. She also loves spending time on the lake, golfing, and meeting new friends!
