Real estate isn’t just a job for me. It’s basically part of my DNA at this point. I’m Brianna Novak, and I’ve spent the last 10+ years helping my family bring houses back to life through flips, rental rehabs, and the occasional “what were we thinking?” renovation project. What started as weekend work turned into a full-blown passion (and possibly a mild addiction) for creative problem-solving and helping people see the magic in every property.

Originally from sunny Tucson, Arizona, I now proudly call Battle Creek home. I love helping others find their place too, whether it’s a move-in-ready dream or a fixer-upper with good bones and some questionable wallpaper.

With a background in banking and a love for construction dust, I bring both financial savvy and real-life renovation grit to the table. I know what makes a solid investment, and I can spot a future Pinterest board from a mile away!

When I’m not deep in contracts or covered in sawdust, you’ll find me exploring Michigan’s hidden gems, restoring old furniture, or hanging out with my rescue animals who are fully convinced they run my house.
